Father Peter judged this year’s competition. After much deliberation, he chose the following winners from 166 very high class and creative entries:

MARIE CURIE MINI POTS OF CARE/SPORT RELIEF DONATIONS

A huge thank you to all who donated, the total amount collected for Marie Curie was £672.09 and for Sport Relief was £1,108.02.

EASTER HOLIDAY

School closes on Thursday 01 April at 1530 and reopens on Monday 19 April at 0900. Friday 23 April is an Inset Day.

MAY DAY HOLIDAY

Please do not forget that Monday 03 May is the May Day Holiday and Thursday 06 May is Polling Day therefore the School will be closed.

PUPIL MILK

Dear Parent

If your child would like school milk may I remind you that a payment of £8.00 is now due to ensure your child has milk until the end of the school year. In order for your child to receive school milk the payment should be made by Friday 23 March 2010. Please note payments made after that date will not be accepted.

Cheques should be made payable to BMBC.

Please note families who are in receipt of free school meals do not pay for milk.

Could you please state your preference of either SEMI SKIMMED or DENTAL milk on the slip below.

If you have already paid in advance for your child’s milk i.e. £24.00 in September 2009 or £16.00 in January 2010 then please ignore this letter.
