Dear Parent
SPORTS DAY - SUMMER FAYRE FRIDAY 09 JULY
This years annual sports day will be held on the morning of Friday 09 July (weather permitting). Pupils will arrive at school at the normal time of 8.55 and the sporting activities will commence at approximately 9.15 and will run through until 12 noon. Parents wishing to spectate can wait in the designated area of the school field for commencement.
Parents must leave the premises promptly at 12 noon to allow staff to organise the children for lunch.
SUMMER FAYRE
As part of our enterprise projects in school, this years Summer Fayre will differ from previous ones. It will open at 3pm and close at 5pm, again on Friday 09 July. Each class will have their own stall and hopefully our school Governors will be running a raffle. There will be various other side stalls and refreshments.
If you can help us in any way by sending tombola prizes, tins, bottles or jars, raffle prizes, cakes, books, toys and white elephant goods it would be gratefully appreciated or, particularly, by helping on a stall, will you please complete and return to school as soon as possible the slip below.
If you will be attending our Fayre you can pick your child up at 3pm, however if you require your child to finish school at the normal time of 3.30pm could you complete the pro-forma below.
Please find attached raffle tickets: if you wish to buy them, they are 50p per strip. Please return to school one strip of tickets with the 50p. Raffle tickets will also be available to buy on the day.
