SCHOOL COUNCIL MEMBERS VISIT TO BARNSLEY TOWN HALL 03 FEBRUARY 2010

Dear Parent

Following our visit to the Mayor’s Chambers at Barnsley Town Hall yesterday I would like to express my sincere thanks for allowing your child to participate in the visit.

All the School Council members (and staff) thoroughly enjoyed the visit as I am sure they will have told you themselves! The pupils were all eager to ask lots of very sensible and interesting questions.

The Mayor and Mayoress commented on the outstanding behaviour and how smart our children were on the day.

Following our visit we had an enjoyable meal at the Bluebell Inn and again three members of the public who were enjoying their meal at the Bluebell Inn went out of their way to comment on the outstanding behaviour of the children and how very smart they all looked.

I was very proud of our children and they are a credit to you all.

DRAMA CLUB NOTICE

All cast and choir involved in our current production of Cinderella Rockerfella will be required to attend the following after school rehearsals:

WEDNESDAY 10 FEBRUARY 3.30PM - 5.00PM

THURSDAY  11 FEBRUARY 3.30PM - 5.00PM
(Y6 pupils may be excused on this date only due to attending Booster classes).

MONDAY    22 FEBRUARY 3.30PM - 5.00PM
